Margret Wilson

Workplace Wellbeing Consultant & Strategist

Most organizations don’t have a performance problem.
They have a capacity, clarity, and systems problem.

We live in a work culture that rewards urgency over strategy, and reactivity over intention.

Stress is normalized, busyness is glorified, and being “always on” has made burnout the cost of doing business.

That's not the way to sustainable success, and Margret knows this firsthand.

Meet Our Founder

Margret didn’t plan to become a wellbeing consultant - she became one because she needed one.

As a single parent and seasoned professional in high-pressure environments, she spent years carrying the weight of responsibility from every direction - at home and at work. She saw firsthand how even the most well-intentioned leaders and teams can get caught in cycles that drain energy, blur focus, and push people beyond their limits.

On the surface, she looked successful. But that success often came at the cost of her own wellbeing. She was showing up for everyone except the one person who made it all possible - herself.

It wasn’t a lack of ambition that held her back. It was a lack of alignment. She believed rest had to be earned, not realizing it was the foundation that fueled her ability to perform, lead, and thrive.

That realization sparked a turning point. Margret went on to study Mind-Body Transformational Psychology, Holistic Wellness, Life Coaching, and Hypnotherapy. Through this work, she discovered that wellbeing isn’t a perk or a luxury - it’s a performance metric that drives innovation, retention, and sustainable growth.

Today, she helps individuals and organizations shift from survival mode to intentional, healthy, and regenerative success. Her work is for people who are tired of pushing through and for leaders who want results without burning out their teams.

Rest isn't the opposite of productivity.
Rest is part of how we measure it.
